There’s a (thankfully short) interview with myself and Rowley Cutler from Dark Compass over on Podcast 15 from Secret Archives. I say, thankfully short, because interviews recorded on #podcrawl day may appear more intelligent than they actually were (or is that the other way around?).
Oh, and there’s some damn fine music as well. Get there soon before I start pilfering it for my podcasts!
Head on over to http://podcrawl.blogspot.com to see the tweets as they happened!

It’s #podcrawl tomorrow, and last time we managed to drink The Pillars of Hercules dry of our favourite tipple – Adnams Broadside.
Well it seems the nice people at Adnams have heard about the #podcrawl and are going to deliver us a few drinking shirts tomorrow morning.
Who knows what might happen at the next #podcrawl next year!

So, the BBC tells us that The Stokes debut album has been voted album of the decade in a poll of bands, record producers and label bosses.
That’s one hell of an accolade, but is it true. Of the list published I only have the Actic Monkeys and Arcade Fire albums, and I certainly wouldn’t bother with any of the others.
What’s your favourite album of the decade?

It would seem early reports from Canada suggesting the ultimate-bitch-troll-from-hell, Margaret Thatcher, was dead, are false. In fact a cat called Thatcher has died.
Shame really. I’m looking forward to the day when the old dragon really is dead and I can raise a glass knowing she’ll be burning in hell forever. As for the cat? Bloody stupid name for an animal anyway!
So just when you thought you had all the information you needed in the world – along comes tweetstats to tell you how many tweets you make per month, what your diurnal variation of tweeting is, who you most reply to, or retweet! There’s even a tweetcloud of your #hashtags…
This is the time you remember you need a real life!
So, I’ve been invited by a fellow AMP member to join the Google Wave preview.
So, what is Google Wave? Well, apart from an enormous drain on every’s time with yet another social network, most of the time people have told me to watch the hour-and-twenty minute-long video.
But the best description I’ve seen so far is…
Google Wave is, for the most part, a collaboration tool for projects. Consider it a board room of sorts. A place to work on new files, ideas, brainstorming. It isn’t as much a social media tool as it is a virtual conference room.
Different projects can have different “waves” that allow various members of an organization or collective the opportunity to work as “committees”. And, you can branch conversations to others or work with specific aspects of a project in “private.”
Interesting times ahead…
5th day of growth so far and we’re starting to see some shape, but lacking colour!
Don’t forget you can sponsor me and the Podcrawlers team at http://uk.movember.com/mospace/399422/
If you like the logos Google use each day and think you might have missed one then have no fear because they’re all at http://www.google.com/logos.
Strangely enough the one to the left isn’t in the archive (yet?)
Been checking out the latest offerings from the Budabeats netlabel, which, unsurprisingly, is a label based in Budapest, Hungary. Some seriously curious music coming out of this label, so be warned! The next PC Podcast may have the weirdness turned up to eleven!
